We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Edward’s Hairstyling to ensure the best appointment time that works for your schedule. Appointments can be made online at edwardshairstyling.com or by calling 856-845-2245. All CURLY HAIR experiences, CURLY STYLES and CURLY HAIRCUTS MUST be scheduled by calling the salon! NO EXCEPTIONS- IF YOU SCHEDULE A CUT WITH A CURLY HAIR SPECIALIST ONLINE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE MOVED TO A DIFFERENT STYLIST.

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for check-in and service preparation. If arriving late for your appointment, as a courtesy to the next guest, your service will still have to end on time regardless of the start time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. The full service price may be applied. We also reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arrival time is later than 15 minutes. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you’d just like to get a fresh point of view, please let us know. We work as a team and encourage everyone to find the stylist that works best for them!

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us and schedule a redo of your service within 10 days of your service visit.

We will issue a full refund on products unused and returned within 14 days of purchase.

The staff earn their wages by reserving time for our clients, and we make every effort to schedule enough time for each client’s needs. In order to keep this schedule policy working, any cancellation received less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the full service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full service price. A major credit card or gift card is necessary to reserve time for multi-service, group and bridal appointments as well.

The following Premium Hair Services will require a consultation and a credit card on file at the time of booking the appointment. Any cancellation of these Premium Hair Services received less than 12 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the full service price to the credit card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full service price to the credit card on file.
